Lone Pine and Mt Whitney Lodging & Dining

Lone Pine is the gateway to Mt. Whitney and as such many hikers choose to stop in for a meal or two and stay the night. First we will talk food since most everyone will eat when stopping in on their way to the mountain.

By far our very favorite restaurant is:

Merry-Go-Round - Chinese food with no MSG. Merry-Go-Round features the freshest ingredients in all of Lone Pine. Lots of choices and options for people with special diets including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan.
